We have a hotel block reserved at the Hyatt Regency Coralville in Coralville, IA. Please use the website link listed below, as this will take you right to the link with the code. You can book for either one or two nights, and still receive the discount!
Drury Inn & Suites Iowa City Coralville
We also have a hotel block at the Drury Inn & Suites in Coralville, IA. This is 0.3 miles from the other one, and is also in the Iowa River Landing area. We have this block reserved for Friday and Saturday night, for those that plan on an extended stay for the weekend! You can also just book one night as well and still receive the discount.
Boogie D's Party Bus
We will have a shuttle running from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony, as well as a shuttle taking multiple trips back to the hotel later in the evening. If you do not want to drive, please take advantage of this so you can enjoy yourself!
Uber's in this area are also very accessible if you prefer that option. Otherwise, there is a large parking lot that will have no problem fitting your vehicle!
UPDATE: The shuttle will be taking trips from the Hyatt Regency at 3:30 and 4:00 PM. This will allow for two trips to the venue. The bus fits 35 people, so please plan strategically around that and don't necessarily bank on the 4pm one! If you are staying at the Drury, it is about a .3 mile walk to the Hyatt.
Shuttles home will run from 10:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
