Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Given the nature of this event, we have decided to limit our guest list to adults-only. Invitations and online RSVPs will include the names of everyone in the household who is invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Please RSVP by April 1st using the RSVP tab of the menu on this website. If you are unable to RSVP by the deadline, please reach out to the bride or groom personally.

The ceremony will begin at 1:30pm, in order to allow plenty of time for pictures with horses and the couple before the reception as well as travel time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Sacred Heart has parking either in front of the church on the street or behind the church in the parking lot. Our reception venue has free on-site parking. We encourage guests to car pool to the venue, especially if you plan to consume alcohol during the event.

There will be a free shuttle service provided from the reception venue to the hotels only. They will be running during the reception until the end of the event. Please plan accordingly.

St Louis Lambert International Airport

In accordance with Missouri state law, alcohol MUST be obtained directly from the bar provided, as the venue is in possession of a liquor license. There will be an open bar. Absolutely no outside alcohol will be permitted on the premises. This rule is strictly enforced by the venue owners.

There will be a buffet provided by Andres Catering. If you have a food allergy or other dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP!

Please dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire.

Given the season and the likelihood for warmer weather; the ceremony and reception will all be indoors. There will be a small designated area for smoking outside. You are welcome to step out for fresh air anytime–the venue is on land with plenty of space for a quick break from the party.
