Not quite the Kylie song Zoe envisioned!

What started as a teenage romance in the early '90s became a love story written over decades.

Life took us on separate journeys—Zoe, a successful career woman living it up across Dublin and the UK, and Neil, building a thriving construction company while raising two beautiful daughters.

Then, on December 21st, 2018, fate stepped in. A chance encounter reconnected us, and we quickly realized something undeniable: this time, it was forever.

Despite Zoe’s firm vow never to return to Liverpool, Neil managed to change her mind in just three months (persistence pays off!). Six months later, Zoe met Sacha and Claudia and won them over in spectacular fashion—by belly-flopping off inflatables into the Albert Dock.

Then came COVID, throwing life’s plans into chaos but making our biggest decisions clearer. Zoe moved into Woburn Hill with Neil and the girls, where we've spent five years making it as uninhabitable as possible—hoping that once this wedding is paid for, we might finally afford to rebuild it!

Over these years, people have seen us change. Neil became more assertive and focused, while Zoe became more laid-back and, dare we say, less argumentative! This is the natural dance of love—two people growing together, shaping each other, and aligning in ways that make them stronger.

From earning “endearing” nicknames like 'John and Yoko' (thanks, Uncle Robert!) to finding joy in the simplest things, we’ve built a life of love, laughter, and unwavering commitment.

Now, exactly seven years after our reunion, we’re making it official!

We can't wait to celebrate our love and the continuation of our lives together with the most special people in them ❤️
