Our story began right here in sunny Rochester, New York. We both knew each other through mutual friends but weren’t very close. That all changed when in the summer of 2019 Nick saw Nene walking out of Dragonfly Tavern in a beautiful red dress with a glowing smile on her face. He was stunned and may have been drooling slightly. We talked, laughed, exchanged numbers, and went our separate ways.

Although nothing came about this encounter, we started to text and talk a lot… as friends. Next thing you know, COVID strikes. All throughout the pandemic, we stayed close and talked about anything to keep ourselves entertained. We would even watch movies and shows over FaceTime together. At that point, it’s safe to say we considered each other best friends.

Once in-person human interaction was finally allowed, we started to hangout in person… everyday… for months. We were inseparable! Our friendship turned into a relationship, and we truly couldn’t be happier. Cheers to more laughs, love, and adventures. We look forward to seeing you on our wedding day!
