Our story starts with a simple connection- two best friends from college. Our dads went to the University of Kentucky and met through Canpus Crusade. They knew their friendship was a lifelong kind of friendship. After college, they continued going on yearly vacations with each other and their families even though they lived 5 hours apart. SOOO this is where we come in. We have known each other since diapers and have gone through every season together. We can truly see how the Lord has interwoven our story together and can look back and see His marvelous plan. We went through high school and most of college always enjoying spending time with each other but NEVER seeing each other that way. A couple years ago Nick noticed Neva in a different way and started pursuing her. Neva was very focused on school and had a hard time seeing him that way. Nick patiently pursued her and slowly the Lord changed her heart. One day, on a vacation together in Florida, Neva realized what a catch Nick is. We started dating and the rest is history. Now we are here, standing hand-in-hand, excited to see what the Lord has for our future! We will be moving to St. Louis after graduation and Nick will be working as a consultant at World Wide Technology and Neva will be pursing a job in pediatric nursing.
