Can I bring children to the wedding?
We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, unless otherwise specified. We hope you can still join us for a wonderful evening!
What is the dress code for the wedding?
The attire for our wedding is cocktail-formal. Since it will be an outdoor wedding in the desert, we recommend dressing elegantly while keeping the weather in mind!

Can I bring my own alcohol into the venue?
We kindly ask that no outside alcohol be brought to the venue, as per their policy and state regulations. But don’t worry—we’ll have plenty of drinks available for everyone to enjoy! Thank you for understanding :)
Does the venue accommodate dietary restrictions?
The wedding venue will be buffet style and offers a variety of options. The venue will try their best to accommodate any allergies. However, they can not guarantee all allergies can be accommodated.
Seasonings for meat and veggies include: Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion powder, and Lawrys.
Potatoes are seasoned: Olive oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic and onion powder, and Lawrys.
Dinner rolls are not gluten free.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
There are both indoor and outdoor accommodations at this venue. There is an indoor banquet hall as well as a beautiful outdoor area with the grass, waterfall and private pavilion. Please research and consider the outdoor weather conditions beforehand when planning travel accomodations and packing essentials.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located 50 miles north of PHX Sky Harbor Airport off of I-17.
A hotel block and other accommodations are listed in the travel section of our website.
We do NOT encourage drinking and driving. Please be sure to utilize our other arrangements to get home safely if you are planning to consume alcohol at the event.
Ubers/Lyfts/Ride Share options are encouraged!
Carpooling, DDs, and shuttles are also great alternative options!
Is this a themed wedding?
No, it’s not a themed wedding—but since we’ll be celebrating in an outdoor venue in Arizona, feel free to have fun with it if you'd like (while still sticking to dress code for the ceremony and photos)! Boots, cowboy hats, and bolo ties are always welcome for the reception, though!

What’s the weather like during that time of year?
March 1st, 2025 in Black Canyon City was a high of 75 degrees- partly cloudy with light rain showers in the early morning. The low was 64 degrees.
Is it an open bar or cash bar?
We’re happy to share that it will be an open bar, offering beer, wine, and liquor options. We hope you enjoy celebrating with us!

How cold will it be at night?
It looks like March 1st, 2026 will have a night temperature of 59 degrees. This will be an outdoor event (weather permitting) so please make sure to bring garments you will be comfortable wearing for this occasion!
