We met in early 2020 through our mutual interest in music, and we began jamming together throughout the pandemic. After about a year or so of friendship, we started dating, and in April 2022, Debbie moved in with Nick, and on Christmas Eve 2022, Nick proposed to Debbie back in his hometown, Lombard, IL. We have adventured together to San Diego, Guadalajara, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle/Tacoma, Chicago, and more. In just a few years, we have created so many fun, exciting, and beautiful memories together, and we cannot wait to create many more as we adventure into the future.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are flying in on Wednesday, June 26, please reach out to Nick with your arrival details. Nick and his parents plan to provide transportation assistance between LAX and the Doubletree to those arriving on the 26th.

A Note from Nick's Aunt Nancy: If you plan on driving at any point from San Pedro (wedding location) to Long Beach (where Nick and Debbie live), you will have to drive over a couple giant bridges, which Nancy thinks are TERRIFYING! They are perfectly safe, state-of-the-art bridges with breathtaking views, but Nancy is not a fan of how high up and how long they go, so consider yourself forewarned. Also, rest assured, if you plan on only driving between LAX and San Pedro, you will not encounter any terrifying bridges ☺

Travel

One of our favorite hiking trails with excellent cliffside ocean views! It's an out and back trail that you can explore for an hour or an entire day. Includes some steep inclines/declines along the way. You can get there in 10-15 minutes by car from our venue and the hotel (3.6 miles away).

San Pedro Hike

The aquarium is less than a mile down the road from our venue and the hotel - walk there while enjoying the ocean view or get there in just a couple minutes by car. It's also a great place to take kids!

Cabrillo Marine Aquarium

Right next to the Aquarium is Cabrillo Beach, also a short drive or walk from our venue and the hotel. Get some sun on the sandy beach, jump in the ocean for some refreshing fun, explore the rocky part of the beach, and on clear days enjoy some mountain views too.

Just one mile up the road from our venue and the hotel is this fun, spacious brewery! Drive or walk and treat yourself to a chill time with some tasty drinks and eats. Oh, and perhaps you'll make a four-legged friend at this dog-friendly establishment too!

Need more beverage options? San Pedro Brewing Company is a six minute drive or 1.7 mile walk from our venue and the hotel and is part of a cool little strip with both quaint and industrial aesthetics.

Looking for a unique experience? Bit of a history buff? Visit the Battleship USS Iowa Museum and tour this fascinating WWII relic. You will not be disappointed. It is 2.5 miles from our venue and the hotel and is less than a 10 minute car ride.
