We are so glad you are able to come celebrate with us! Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. but we ask everyone to arrive at 4:00 so you can enjoy the pre-ceremony champagne and we can begin on time! The ceremony will be held on the rooftop of Red Mesa Events, with the reception to follow on the second floor in the 'La Florida Ballroom'. We will have a buffet throughout the night and there will be an open bar during the reception, but a cash bar during the cocktail hour!
Where do we park?
There are two different parking garages adjacent to the venue. There is the McNulty/ Rowdies Parking Garage located at 3rd Ave S and 3rd St. S. As well as the SunTrust Parking Garage on the corner of 2nd Ave S and 3rd St. S. Both options are a roughly 2 minute walk from venue.

Is there an open bar?
For cocktail hour, we will have a cash bar! However, once we enter the reception, downstairs in the ballroom, the bars will be fully open for the rest of the night! Tip your bartenders!
Are children included in the invite?
Due to numbers, we are unable to invite everyone's children. We really hope you might take this opportunity to take a well-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
What should I wear?
We are expecting all of our guest to be dressed in formal attire. We are hoping to make our day as beautiful as possible and we can't wait to see you all there!
Does my invite include a plus one?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we ask that all phones be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional team of photographers to capture some of the most important moments in our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking these few special moments. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!
