While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be primarily an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

We want to see you dress to impress! We are excited to have a semi formal wedding and ask that everyone stays away from t-shirts, jeans, sweatshirts/hoodies and other such super casual attire.

We ask to you arrive to the ceremony 30 minutes prior to it starting to ensure you can park and get escorted to the ceremony site. The gate at the venue will not be open any earlier than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony starting.

Our day is being coordinated on a strict schedule, this means we cannot push back start times to due to people running late. The gates to our venue will 30 minutes prior to the ceremony starting. Once you park, there will be golf cart escorts to bring you to the ceremony site. If you happen to be running late, you will not be allowed into the ceremony as the golf cart escorts will stop running for the duration of the ceremony. This avoids distractions for not only other guests but also the bride and groom.

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception of course! This is such a special day for us and we have the most amazing photography team and videography team documenting our entire day that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!

Our ceremony is outside, as long as the weather allows. If there is rain, we will move the ceremony inside the reception area.

We will have beer and wine available to all guests over the age of 21, however there will be no other alcohol permitted per the rules of our venue. If anyone is caught with liquor inside the venue or drinking it at their vehicles, our venue will end our event immediately.

Of course! Our online RSVP system is available now. If you wish to RSVP online, please indicate the first and last name of those attending, especially if they are different than on the invitation or you are bringing a plus one. You will only be allowed to RSVP for those on the guest list.

Yes! If you require handicapped parking, please let us know and we can get you the parking information. Parking at our venue is away from the ceremony and reception site, we will have golf cart escorts to the ceremony and reception area.

We do not have a block of hotel rooms for our wedding, however there are 2 hotels within 20 minutes of our venue if you need accommodations. Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn are both located in Charlotte, MI There are no shuttles to/from the venue and either hotel.

Yes! There is a designated area for smoking cigarettes and vaping. Please do not smoke at your vehicles or throw cigarette butts in the parking area. Our venue has very strict rules regarding marijuana. This is a zero tolerance policy. If anyone is caught smoking marijuana either in the designated smoking area or at their vehicles, they will end our event immediately.
