Guests are encouraged to park near the zoo's Broadway gate (2700 Broadway Street). A greeter will be present to direct you to the event, and a golf cart will be available for transport.

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive at 5:00 p.m. to find their way to the gardens.

Please arrive in formal attire. That said, it is a celebration first and foremost, and you are encouraged to dress with color and exuberance. Ladies, please avoid wearing white. Please note: Although the reception is inside, the ceremony will take place outdoors. Please account for the weather when selecting your apparel.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will move indoors to the aquarium adjacent to the rose garden.

The reception hall is booked until midnight; drink service ends at 11 p.m.
