Yes, we have hotel rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Winston-Salem SW Clemmons! These are for Thursday October 10th-Saturday 12th. Please refer to the accommodations page for the link. The hotel is located about 16 miles from venue (20 minutes). This is a set rate for a selected number of rooms and will not change. Please book as soon as possible as these rooms will be released by 5pm on September 10th. If you have any questions or issues please let us know!

Please arrive by 2:30pm. The wedding ceremony will begin at 3pm.

There is a large parking lot located at the front of the venue that should provide plenty of space for everyone.

As much as we love getting to see the kiddos, we have decided to keep this an adult only event. The only exception will be the little ones in our immediate family, and these will be specified on invitations. We hope you understand!

There will be appetizers set up during cocktail hour and a taco bar will be open for dinner. The food is delicious so please help yourselves!

All wines, beers, and seltzers are on us! Please enjoy yourselves and drink responsibly. There will be no liquor or cocktail options. The bar will be open until 9:30pm.

Please keep your cell phone put away and turned off during the ceremony. Our wonderful photographer will be around to capture the memorable moments. We will be happy to send any photos at request post-wedding.

Cocktail hour will begin following the ceremony. It will be outside on the patio.

Transportation will be at the guest's discretion. Hotel information is listed in the accommodation section and about 20 minutes from the venue. If you are flying from out of town, the closest airport will be Charlotte. The venue is about an hour from Charlotte. Please reach out to Nichole or Easton if you need any assistance in transportation.
