From I-17: Continue north onto Milton Rd. Take a left onto Route 66 and head west until Woody Mountain Rd, about 4 miles. Follow Woody Mountain Rd. all the way through where the road turns to dirt. **NOTE: please give yourself an extra 15 minutes to navigate the dirt road so you arrive on time. The venue will be on your right. There will be ample parking but encourage you to carpool with others if possible.
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be located at The Arboretum in Flagstaff, Arizona. The ceremony will begin at 4pm. A full schedule and timeline will be available soon!
Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be located on the Garden Stage and the reception will take place at the Ponderosa Pavillion under an event tent, with restrooms available in the main building about 300 feet from the reception. When planning your attendance, please consider the weather and conditions that accompany an outdoor wedding. The tent will have a turf flooring with a wooden dance floor for the reception. Please plan footwear accordingly!
How will the weather be?
Flagstaff weather can be pretty unpredictable! With that, we are expecting the weather to be cool, around 45 degrees Fahrenheit once the sun goes down. Regardless, it is best to prepare for anything! Should it rain, we suggest bringing a sweater/coat and some comfy shoes for the reception.
Are children allowed?
We ask that only adults attend our special day. Take advantage of this time away from your kiddos and enjoy yourself! :)
What is the cell phone policy?
We ask that you silence and put away all phones, cameras, and electronic devices during the ceremony. The photographer will get plenty of pictures to share with everyone. After the ceremony, you are free to use your phones as you please!
Can I bring a date?
Due to our budget we must conform to a strict guest list and will only be allowing the allotted number of guests listed on your invitation.
