It all started with a little handwritten note that said, "Lunch Sometime?" Accepting that invitation would lead to a simple lunch at Jack’s, where we had our very first date. Little did we know then, that the conversation over a salad would be the beginning of so many more amazing adventures. It was the start of something special, and from that moment on, we were hooked on each other.

Our journey together has been filled with unforgettable memories. We had our first weekend getaway to Placerville, where we discovered the charming town, laughed over delicious meals, and getting to know one another. From that moment, we knew we’d be exploring more together.

Some of our highlights through the years have been introducing all 5 of our kids, and what better place than a Halloween party at Becky’s to break the ice? Watching our 5 kids, each with their own unique personalities, come together as a blended family was a moment we’ll never forget.

And let’s not forget the family trip to San Diego in 2020—the memories we made there were priceless. From the planned activities to even just those cozy nights spent together, we realized how far we’d come as a family.

Then, there was the incredible cruise to Cabo, where we swam with dolphins and made memories that will last a lifetime. It wasn’t just the destinations, but the laughter, love, and bonding that made it all unforgettable.

But it’s not just the big trips that make our relationship so special. Whether it’s playing games with or without the kids, taking road trips, exploring new places, fishing, or camping, we always find joy in simply being together. Our love for adventure—both big and small—has been the foundation of our relationship.

One of the biggest moments in our journey was blending our beautiful family. Five kids, each with their own personality and quirks, made for some challenging but wonderful moments. But we knew from the start that this is what we wanted: a life together, raising a family and building a future.

And there was that magical moment when we moved in together, starting a new chapter where our family could grow and thrive. There have been ups and downs, but through it all, we’ve done life as a team, supporting each other every step of the way.

Growing up, I always dreamed of finding someone like Brad—the man I had wished for since I was a little girl. And now, here we are, living the life we both imagined. He’s everything I’ve ever wanted and more. Through every adventure, every challenge, and every laugh, I know I’ve found my 5ever!

Looking back on our story, we’ve been through so much together, from blending our family to sharing new experiences. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: our love for each other. We’ve built something so special, and we can’t wait to see where the next chapter takes us.
