To book your reservations please call our Front Desk at 970-240-1800, please let the agent know you are calling to make a reservation through the Blonski/Foulk wedding block. This block starts on September 2nd and 3rd, if you need to book your reservation before and after these dates you are able to do so, and keep the group rate of $129 + tax. Your reservations will need to be guaranteed with a credit card, and must be made by August 2nd in order to get the group rate, if reservations are not made by this date the discounted rate is no longer valid. When booking directly through the hotel you do get the option to cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not cancel your reservation and you do not check into your room, the card on file will be charged one nights room rate plus tax.

Check in time is at 3pm, if you need to check in before 3pm you are able to book the night before as we are unable to accommodate early arrivals.
