How We Met
Our love story began in April 2018 on Match.com. We both were very skeptical about trying online dating! After messaging each other for a week, we exchanged phone numbers and have been talking every day since. Nick was instantly drawn to Melody's profile page because of her love and faith in God. Nick’s dedication to his family and raising his 3 girls as well as his involvement in his church was a huge attraction to Melody. Our first date was at Rita’s and was soon followed up by several more dates. We created several memories over the summer of 2018 such as a trip to Sandy Point Beach, Luray Caverns and multiple camping trips.
Our Engagement
From day one of dating, we both stated we
wanted to get married and that we wanted a committed relationship. On New Years Eve 2018, Nick proposed to Melody. She was completely caught off guard when Nick came into the room, got down on one knee and was holding the ring. What made this proposal so special was that both of our families were present!
