Due to our venue capacity, we will be having a private ceremony.

Cocktail Hour: Will promptly start at 5pm. Feel free to come on in and make yourself at home! The couple will not be far behind. Hors-d'oeuvre's and drinks will be served. Please arrive by 5:45 if you want to be apart of all entrances. (dinner will be served during the reception)

Although we adore your children, due to budget/space constraints we ask that only adults attend. Also, we want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home. If you need a babysitter while in Chapin, let us know! (with the exception of little ones in our wedding party/children listed on invitations)

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

Winter Semi- Formal Men: Suit or Sports coat. No jeans. Women: Midi or long dress

Heck yeah! We will be offering select beer and wine. Tipping for the bar staff is optional (cash is preferred).

There is parking available at both ceremony and reception locations. If you plan to drink, please prepare your transportation accordingly.
