When should I RSVP by?

Note: If you do not RSVP by December 7, there will not be a seat or a meal for you at the reception.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! Lots of parking in the front parking lot. There is an entry gate at the entrance of the country club. Let them know you are attending the Hammelman Wedding upon arrival.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors under a beautiful romantic tree. Cocktail hour will take place under a screened enclosure and open patio. The reception will be held inside.
Is there a block of rooms reserved at a hotel nearby?
Yes! We have reserved 10 rooms at 2 different hotels for close family, friends, and the wedding party who would like to spend the night a bit closer to the venue location. The link for these reservations can be found on the travel page of this website.
What is the color scheme?
What is the dresscode?
Formal attire - Formal wedding attire sits between cocktail and black tie on the wedding dress code scale. It's slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and a touch less dressy than black-tie
What colors should I wear?
Any colors! Please feel free to wear the colors that flatter you best. All we ask is please no white.

Can I bring a plus one?
Our single guests who were sent an invitation with their "name & guest" on the postage label, please feel welcome to bring a date.
What type of food will be served?
There will be a formal plated meal for each individual guest. We ask that you choose your meal selection on your RSVP response card before sending it back to us. The menu is printed on the back of the invitation. It is also listed on this website, just select the dinner menu tab at the top of the page. If you have any special dietary restrictions, please feel free to reach out to us and let us know.
How will the beef be cooked?
All filets will be cooked medium
Will there be an open bar?
Yes. The bar will be open from cocktail hour until the end of the reception. Drink up!

Where should we send wedding gifts?
Please bring the gifts to the wedding, if you are not planning on attending, but would still like to send a gift, please use our return address on the invitations.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. Please arrive just a few minutes early to park and get settled in the seat of your choice
Am I allowed to take photos and post to social media?
Of course you can take photos, however please do not post any photos you take on social media.
