Just under 5 years ago, in November, 2016 we met while we were both in school. Jenna was in graduate school at California University of Pennsylvania, and Nick was at Penn State Harrisburg. We both lived in the Central PA area and it just so happened that one of Jenna's classmates from college south of Pittsburgh had been dating one of Nick's roommates. Jenna came back home to visit her family on a weekend, and her friend had come along with her to visit her boyfriend. Jenna and her friend, along with Nick and his roommates had decided to go to 2nd Street in Harrisburg one night. We began dating in December of 2016, and three and a half years later, Nick proposed to me while on vacation in July of 2020.
