Ashley and Nick's love story began when their mutual friend Kyle (groomsman) introduced them via Snapchat 📸 There was an instant connection and not long after the two started spending many weekends together at Brewer games, with friends at UW Whitewater, and in their hometowns of Sheboygan and Fond du Lac. This is their first picture together!

Their love grew stronger through a long distance relationship as Nick studied supply chain at UW Whitewater and Ashley studied elementary education at UW Oshkosh 📚 Weekends and summers together were the best of times!

Graduation day was here! 🎓 Nick was starting his job at Michels as a buyer and Ashley was going to be a 1st grade teacher in Howards Grove. Their long distance commute was finally going to be shorter 🚗

Just shy of a year after graduating college, and at the beginning of a pandemic, Nick and Ashley got their first apartment together 🏠 With the world shut down they spent their time working from home, playing board games, watching movies, and cooking meals together. Nothing makes a relationship stronger than a few months of quarantining!

The past few years Nick and Ashley have made many great memories in Door County with their friends Michael (groomsman) and Amber (bridesmaid). Ashley loves her wine and Nick is an expert taste tester 🍷

On a beautiful, warm Saturday in Port Washington Nick proposed and Ashley said YES! He popped the question while the two were taking a walk by the lake 💕💍
