As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Black Star Farms Winery, with a cocktail hour in-between. We hope you can join us for all of the fun!

Summer cocktail! Our ceremony will take place within the vineyard (weather permitting), so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear. Please also note, summer in Northern Michigan can get hot so we recommend dressing accordingly.

Yes! We will have a shuttle transporting guests from the hotels to the venue. 1:45 pm pick up from Sleep Inn and Suites as well as Hotel Indigo. 2 pm pick up from Avid Hotel. There will also be rides available to go home at 8:30 and 10 pm.

Yes, if you are not using the shuttle service there is parking available at the venue. There is not parking available for everyone to drive so please take advantage of the free shuttle or drive together if you can.

Yes! We have a guest block at the Sleep Inn and Suites, Avid hotel, & Hotel Indigo in Traverse City, MI. Please note most hotels in the area require a two night stay during there busy season. Sleep Inn and suites was one of the only hotels that we were able to find that allows for one night booking. There are lots of other options in Traverse City, MI. The above options will include a shuttle to and from the venue.

Due to alcohol restrictions at Black Star Farms during cocktail hour and dinner there will only be cocktail drinks made from Black Star Farms brandy and wine available. In the barn there will be a full bar provided including beer, wine and liquor.

There will be no hosted bridal shower. We are however, both excited to share our wedding day with you all.
