While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

You must complete your RSVP by March 1, 2024 . All RSVP will happen online through this section and will include choosing your dinner entrée. RSVP must be completed as a requirement for our caterer as we are having a plated dinner. Please RSVP as early as possible for us to make all accommodations.

The dress code will be cocktail attire and we suggest women to wear a cocktail dress and men to wear a suit and tie.

We do not have a hotel block for the wedding, but there are many options at different price points for hotels in Charlottesville. There are also options for Airbnb's for groups to stay together. Transportation will pickup at The Quirk Hotel so we recommend staying close to there. We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please refer to the travel section for some of the hotel options.

We have a strict guest list to stay within the venue's capacity and our budget, so we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

During our ceremony, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken. We have an amazing photography team documenting our day and want you to be able to take it all in and celebrate with us. You are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the reception though.

We will have two busses from Eazy Riders picking up from The Quirk Hotel at 4:50 pm. They will have the name on the side of the busses. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you do not miss it. The busses will leave promptly at 5 pm. The busses will also be driving back to The Quirk Hotel at 11:30 pm. If you decide to drive to King Family Vineyards yourself, vehicles can be left at the venue overnight but need to be picked up before 10 am the next day.
