In July 2017, Nicki and Ryan moved into a share house in Bondi, Sydney, Australia, strangers at first but quickly realising they just clicked. What started as an easy friendship soon turned into something more, and before long, they were inseparable.

By December 2018, they spent Christmas in the UK together, where they met each other's families and friends. A year later, in December 2019, their future in Australia became even more certain as they were both granted their Permanent Residency.

Then, in March 2020, their little family grew with the arrival of two much-loved (and slightly mischievous) fur babies, Ralph and Reggie. With them, home felt even more complete; with wagging tails, chewed up cushions, and plenty of cuddles.

Over the years, Nicki and Ryan continued building a life together, buying their first home in April 2022 and officially becoming Australian citizens in March 2023.

Then, in July 2023, while surrounded by a beautiful sunrise and the crystal-clear waters of Fiji, came a moment they'll never forget, one simple question, and an easy 'yes'.

By February 2024, they packed up their lives in Sydney and relocated to Queensland; to spend their mornings walking with the dogs by the coast, and the weekends camping and driving on the beach.

And now, in August 2025, after eight incredible years together, Nicki and Ryan will celebrate their wedding, surrounded by their closest family and friends. From 'down under, to I do'!
