We first met in 2019 at a little bar in downtown Clemson called Backstreets. Brian was a bouncer there at the time and some mutual friends introduced us. We later became roommates and friends. We stayed friends up until 2020 and that is when things changed for our relationship.

After no longer living together, I needed a new reason to spend time with Brian. People always say you have chemistry with someone, but we had physics! Brian came over to tutor me in physics. I know what you all are thinking, but he actually was tutoring me. We got a B in physics 1 and an A in physics 2! We continued to spend time together and it took me almost a year but I finally called him my boyfriend January 4th, 2021 (although technically we had been together since April of 2020)

After dating for almost 2 years we both ended up in Charlotte North Carolina! I was working as a veterinary technician and Brian was working as an environmental consultant and we were living in a cute little apartment with our 5 cats. We knew we wanted a bigger space and finally got our first house in Monroe North Carolina in 2023!

On February 25th, 2024 I said yes in Disney World and it was the most magical day of my life! I cant believe he pulled it off and we got to celebrate with my mom and step dad which made it even more special. We are really looking forward to spending our wedding day with all of our favorite people. We are counting down the days till we say I do!
