Q + A

What is the schedule for the evening?

Guests should arrive to the venue at 5pm. Our wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, followed by a transition to our reception. There will be limited seating during the ceremony for immediate family (don't worry - it won't be long!). During the reception, guests will enjoy a cocktail-style experience with a variety of delicious foods and an open bar. There will be no formal sit-down dinner, allowing for plenty of time to mingle, eat, drink, and dance the night away! Specific events such as speeches or special dances will be announced during the reception. There will be an after-party at Low Dive just a short walk away...so make sure to grab an espresso martini near the end of the evening. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where to park?

If you’re driving to the venue on Sunday, we suggest either finding metered street parking or utilizing one of many paid lots nearby (usually $20 for all day). Here is the one we suggest since it’s right next to the venue and has ample spots: 100 Asbury Ave Parking, Asbury Park, NJ https://g.co/kgs/4rhf5Qx For more info on paid parking options, visit here: https://go.lazparking.com/

What's happening on Monday?

If you're staying the night, please join us for a beach day (weather permitting) the following day. We'll be waking up slowly and then making our way to the Asbury Park Dog Beach at 1738 Ocean Ave North in Asbury Park. Because it's still early in the season, beach badgers aren't checking on weekdays so you should be able to get on the beach without a badge :) We will be posted up on the far north side of Dog Beach by the fence.

What's the dress code?

Even though we're at the beach, we want to see our guests dressed up for this special occasion. Dress code is formal. What does that mean to us? We would like to see the gentlemen in suits & ties. For the ladies, we'd love to see you in heels or wedges with an elegant dress or pantsuit.

What can we expect at the reception?

Our reception will be a lively celebration featuring a cocktail-style experience with a variety of delicious foods such as charcuterie, sushi, and passed hors d'oeuvres. There will be no formal sit-down dinner, but plenty of options to satisfy your cravings and keep you energized for dancing!

Will there be designated seating?

Our reception will feature cocktail-style seating, allowing guests to mingle and move around freely. While there won't be assigned tables or a seating chart, rest assured that there will be plenty of seating available both indoors and outdoors. Guests will have the opportunity to sit, rest, and chat throughout the evening, ensuring everyone's comfort and enjoyment.

Is there an album that we can upload photos we take at the wedding to?

YES! We would love if our guests could upload photos from our special night to this link: https://weduploader.com/upload/Kf453i7PC6zofBZs After selecting your photos, make sur to hit upload!

What's on the menu?

Farm Table: Buffet-style items are on a central farm table and are continuously replenished during the first two hours of the party. Appetizers: Hearty offerings passed during cocktail Hour Mini Meals: Gourmet entrees passed in small bowls Sushi: Sushi Chef rolling a wide variety and special orders Dessert Bar: Wedding cake and assorted desserts. Self-serve coffee station.

Are there any transportation arrangements?

We recommend arranging transportation in advance, especially if you plan to indulge in the open bar. If you plan on driving, please note that there is no parking lot, but there is a paid parking lot across the street as well as paid street parking.

Are there blocked rooms reserved for guests traveling from out of town?

While we haven't reserved a block of rooms, there are several nearby accommodations available for our out-of-town guests. We recommend booking early to secure your stay, and please check out the 'Travel' tab for a list of suggested hotels in the area.
