It all started during COVID19, it was April of 2020 and of course nothing fun or exciting was going on at the time. Luckily for us we both had the same idea of downloading an app ( as did every other single person in the world). Of course prior to all of this we knew one another from high school but I guess this was the push we both needed. From one swipe the rest was history.

Our first date being driving around in Rick's Jeep listening to music and grabbing a pizza to go, to then Nicol visiting Rick at work. We both knew we had found something special. Through a combined love of traveling, playing video games and sports, we became each others go-to person, navigating life hand in hand. During a very unprecedented few years in the world, the one thing we were consistently sure about was each other.

If you ask us what we love about each other, Nicol would tell you that Rick has a way of making every day feel simultaneously comforting and exciting. Rick, on the other hand would say Nicol has a special way of turning ordinary moments into crazy adventures.

Together, we've discovered that the best adventures are the ones we create with each other and we feel so grateful for our relationship. Join us in Fall of 2026 as we say "I do" and kick off the next phase of our life together!
