To reach Daydream Island, ferry transfers are available from Hamilton Island or Airlie Beach. We strongly advise arriving on Daydream Island by October 24th.

You can drive directly to the Port of Airlie, park your vehicle (parking fees apply), and catch the ferry to Daydream Island. Guests arriving at Great Barrier Reef Airport (HTI) on Hamilton Island can take a direct 30-minute ferry to Daydream Island. For those arriving at Whitsundays Coast Airport (PPP), travel involves a 45-minute shuttle to the Port of Airlie, followed by a 30-minute ferry to Daydream Island.

Please remember that ferry bookings are essential and must be made in advance. Ferry schedules are subject to change, so flexibility is recommended. To receive a wedding discount, guests must book ferry transfers directly with the Daydream Island team a couple of weeks prior to the wedding.
