Does the hotel have transportation to and from the wedding venue?
The Best Western Hotel does have a shuttle free of charge for our wedding guests. There is one trip from the hotel to the venue at 4:30 pm Friday. There will be 2 trips back to the hotel from the venue at 11:30pm and 12:00am.
Where is the wedding taking place?
Both the wedding ceremony and the reception will be held at Dellwood Country Club. The address is 29 East Highway 96, Dellwood, MN 55110.
What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?
The ceremony will be at 5pm. Please arrive early to allow enough time for all guests to be seated. The dinner/reception will begin at 6:30 pm.
Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
What should I wear?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, suits and ties, and sports coats are great options.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
The average temperatures in October in Minnesota range from 58°F to 38°F. It generally feels moderately chilly and breezy which means it's a good idea to dress in something warm or in layers.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time for the kids to stay at home so you can celebrate with us.
Will transportation be provided?
Best Western Plus White Bear Country Inn, where our block of rooms are, will have a complimentary shuttle to and from the wedding venue for our guests.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2024.
I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?
We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day. Please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.
Will there be an open bar?
All beverages will be hosted during the cocktail hour. Beer and wine selections will be hosted throughout the reception with additional options available for purchase. Non-alcoholic beverages will be hosted throughout the event.

Can I take and post pictures to social media?
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony because we've hired a great team to capture the moment. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take pictures and tag us in them so we can see them, too!
What parking is available at the venue?
Dellwood Country Club has their own private parking lot available for guests. We will also have complimentary, optional valet.
