Hello!

Nicole and Michael’s wedding day is fast approaching and we’d like to give you a few details about the event:

The wedding ceremony is being held at the Aquarium Pyramid (the blue one) in the Pompano room. Once you enter the building, there will be a Moody Garden’s staff member at the elevator to help direct you to the ceremony room.

You can either walk over to the Aquarium Pyramid or catch the shuttle bus from the hotel shuttle bus pick up & drop off in front of the Francis Anne Moody Ballroom. The Ballroom is located down the hallway to the right of the hotel front desk.

After the ceremony, you can catch the shuttle bus at the same location you were dropped off at outside the Aquarium to return to the hotel, or walk back. The Garden Cay room is located in the lobby of the hotel. The lobby can be entered from the hotel entrance at the top of the stairs (or elevator) from the parking lot side of the building, and the Aquarium is located across the parking lot from that entrance.

Shuttle service to the aquarium starts at 4:45pm.

We will start gathering in the Pompano room at 5 pm for the wedding ceremony.

Cocktails and appetizers will start at 6 pm in the Garden Cay game room in the Moody Gardens Hotel.
