Yes! We have a room block at the AC Hotel in Downtown Louisville. You can book your room through our link found on the "Travel" page of this website.

Yes! We will have 2 buses with Miller Transportation available for guests. The pick up location will be the AC Hotel in Downtown Louisville - both buses will leave for the ceremony by 4 pm. They will then be available to run guests back to the hotel at 8, 9, and 10 pm if needed. At 10 PM the reception will conclude and the shuttles will take everyone back to the AC Hotel Downtown.

There is limited parking at the wedding venue. We will have parking assistants present to help with parking, however, carpooling and/or finding other means of transportation such as utilizing the shuttles or using ride share services like uber/lyft is encouraged. Any cars left at the venue must be picked up by 10 AM the following morning.

We would love for our guests to dress up with us in cocktail attire - cocktail dresses and jumpsuits for the ladies and suits for guys is perfect. It is a garden party after all, so vibrant summer colors are celebrated and encouraged! Please keep in mind that the majority of the event will be outdoors, so while we want everyone to be feeling like their most stylish selves we also want you to ensure you are comfortable to be outdoors in whatever you decide to wear.

The ceremony will take place in the garden at Whitehall and the reception will take place under the tent on the property. The mansion will also be open to guests for mingling and exploring, however, the majority of events will take place outdoors. In the event of extreme weather, we will just have to have some extra drinks and party under the tent and in the house!

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate additional guests outside of those formally listed on your wedding invitations. Due to limited capacity we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your wedding invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given.

Due to limited capacity we hope you understand that your children are only invited if they are named on the invitation.
