As much as Nicole would love to have all the children at the wedding, we could not make that possible. We have invited kids from our families and any mail for wedding will be addressed to the family, instead of individual names. Reach out to Nicole if you have any questions.

As much as we would love to have more people to celebrate with, we do have a maximum number of guests that we are planning on reaching. If your Save the Date and/or Invitation was addressed to you and another person or your family, you have a plus one. Also everyone in the wedding party has the option to bring someone with them. Unfortunately with how remote the area is, there is no ride share services. We are not able to provide transportation services, so please be responsible and have a DD.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. We will be at the venue for the ceremony and reception.

The wedding is at Winter Wood Farm in Sparta, NC. The town is very small but there are a lot of Airbnb and Vrbo rentals in a 30 min radius. I have created lists of those I have found and added them to the Travel section on this site. There are also a few hotels/inns listed on the travel page as well. Reach out to Nicole if you need any help with finding a place.

The drive is about 2 hours depending on traffic and the area you come from.

There area few airports within 2 hours of Sparta, NC. Greensboro (GSO), Charlotte Douglas (CLT), Roanoke (ROA).
