Most love stories start with a "love at first site" type of meeting, but this is not that type of story :)

Nicole and Jason met on lovely Rochester June day by the way of Rochester CitySolve, a scavenger hunt based event that pitted teams against one another traveling around the city finding clues and exploring what Rochester has to offer!

Nicole being a part of her Co-Workers team brought by Erin Millet , Jason tagging along with Erin's brother's team (Steve Millet) would meet for the first time that June morning. It wasn't love at first site, it wasn't a magical connection upon hearing one another's voice....it was simply a "hey...." that started a wonderful chain of events that led to this union!

After the event Nicole and Jason would spend a bit more time together and expanding upon their "hey..." conversation. This would lead to Nicole Luring him in with french fries at Bunga Burger Bar, and Jason trying to impress Nicole with his water proof phone case (His friends were very sick of seeing this feature, they would tell you). After Jason put a scheme together to ask Nicole for her phone number (ask them about it!) the two set up a later time to have dinner with one another.

Almost 4 years to the day of that June meeting, Nicole and Jason took a long weekend trip to Connecticut to a popular Casino resort where Jason asked her to spend the rest of her life with him. Although Jason had grand plans to ask Nicole for her hand, it ended up being a fear of Nicole finding the ring prematurely that would have Jason abandon his initial plan and ask her upon arrival to their hotel room!

Our story hasn't just begun, but certainly has many more chapters to write, and we hope you enjoy our celebration of starting our lives together!
