How and when should I RSVP?

Once you have received your formal invitation, please RVSP by March 19th. You can do so by clicking on the “RSVP” tab above. Type in your name when prompted, and you will be able to RSVP for yourself and any additional people included on your invitation.

What should I wear?

The attire is formal. Tuxes and gowns are more than welcome, but not required. No need to buy something you don’t already have! Any chic dress or dark suit is perfect. We want you to wear what makes you feel comfortable and excited!

Where can I park?

Given the location, we strongly recommend using ride share services such as Uber or Lyft. If you choose to drive, there are two Premium Parking lots directly across from Our Lady of Guadalupe on North Rampart Street. The hourly rate of these lots varies daily, but typically the lot on the same block as the St. Jude Community center has the best rate. There is also street parking available along North Rampart. If you plan to drive and street park, please give yourself ample time. Street parking in the quarter on a Friday evening is no easy task!

Tell me more about the second line.

In traditional New Orleans style, we'll be traveling as a group with a brass band from the church to Broussard's. Immediately following the ceremony, head outside the church where you can enjoy a few minutes of music and grab a napkin to wave as you parade. We will then promptly begin our second line parade to Broussard's, which will last approximately 15 minutes. If you are unable to make it to the ceremony on time, feel free to meet us outside the church by 7:30 to join in for the second line. If you are unable to participate in the second line, no problem. The walk from the church to Broussard's is less than 5 minutes - we'll meet y'all there!

Is the reception indoor or outdoor?

Broussard’s has both indoor and outdoor spaces we will be using! The band and dance floor will be outside in the courtyard. In the event of rain, this area will be fully tented. However, be sure to dress accordingly for the nighttime weather and bring your dancing shoes!

When the reception is over, what's the move?

Follow the wedding party out just a few block's down the road to The Gold Mine Saloon if you're not ready to turn in for the night after the reception. The good times can last as long as you want when you're in the quarter!
