Due to the intimate nature of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate those named on the invitation. We are excited to have you join us for our wedding at The Heirloom Hideaway! Here are some essential directions and parking information to help you arrive seamlessly: Address: 5101 Oak Mill Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76135 Directions: The Heirloom Hideaway is located in a small subdivision called Arbor Mill Plantation. Look for a 7-acre property enclosed by a white vinyl split-rail fence—this is our beautiful venue! Due to road reconstruction, their primary entrance is currently closed. You will see a sign there saying "Wedding" that will point you to the second entrance by the mailbox where you will enter. Parking and Drop-off Instructions: General Parking: The main parking lot is to the right (south) of The Stone House when entering through the second entrance. You can park head-in to the building in the parking lot (marked by large circular wheels) or head-in along the tree “railing” by the cactus. Please Note: Do NOT Park in the middle of any roads, including the small road leading to the parking lot, to avoid blocking access. Parking along the sides of the road is allowed as indicated on the attached map. However, please avoid driving over any rocks placed along the sides of the roads which are there to protect sprinkler heads. Venue Entry: After parking, walk over to The Stone House and follow the flagstone steppingstones onto the front porch (east side). You will enter the building through either the center or far end double doors, which will be indicated by our Welcome sign. One Last but Important Note: To ensure timely arrival, we strongly advise using GPS for an accurate estimate of your travel time. It's crucial to note that we do not have access to The Heirloom Hideaway prior to our contracted Event Rental Time, which is 2:00 pm. This will help us all adhere to our scheduled timeline and make the most of our special day, as well as be respectful of others who may have an event booked prior to or following our event.
