If you stay at the Appalachian Hotel you will be a short walk to Mountain Creek Lodge where we will be celebrating and dancing into the evening.

To receive a 30% discounted rate, call the number above and tell them that you are with the D'Ascoli Mooney Wedding. Another option is to book online. In order to book online, you have to input our group code, and then the prices online will reflect the discounted rate. You will have a choice of the following room types:

Studio Suite: Sleeps up to 4

Junior Suite: Sleeps up to 4 (has a privacy wall between bed and sofa)

1 Bedroom Suite: Sleeps up to 4

2 Bedroom Suite: Sleeps up to 6

The rooms feature quaint fireplaces, kitchenettes, and many have balconies overlooking the courtyard and mountain side. Every room has a pull out sofa for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the recreational amenities like the outdoor heated pool and fire pit. Free parking is provided for hotel guests in an underground garage.

PLEASE NOTE

You will only receive the 30% discounted rate on the rooms that we have specifically blocked off. If the type of room you are looking for is not on the block, or if we have run out of rooms on the block, please contact us directly, and we would be happy to add extra rooms on to our reservation.

Check in is at 4 pm. We highly suggest getting ready before you arrive as the gondola ride to the ceremony location starts at 4:15, with the last ride being 4:45. If you plan on getting ready in the hotel room, you may call for an early check in, at 2 pm, however an early check in is not guaranteed.

The room block will expire 30 days before our wedding.
