When do I need to RSVP by?

The venue requires RSVP's to be submitted by August 31st, 2024.

What's the dress code?

It is a semi-formal/dressy-casual wedding. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, so please dress weather appropriate. The barn does not have heating, or A/C, but it generally stays toasty inside.

When should I arrive to the venue?

Guests can arrive to the venue at 3 pm at the earliest. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

There are parking spots for roughly 30 cars, as well as a satellite lot about 1/4 mile away. You can leave your cars overnight if you'd like, but they will need to be picked up before 10am Sunday morning. Uber/Lyft is also an option in this area if you do not want to drive.

We're traveling from out-of-state. Where should we stay?

The venue is located in Falmouth, and most of the accommodations will be located in Portland or South Portland; roughly a 15-20 minute drive from the venue. You can choose from hotels, Air BnB's, VRBO's, and other vacation rental services that are available. Since Maine is so popular for tourism we recommend booking your accommodations early.

What are your favorite places to eat and drink?

There are SO many great places to eat and drink that a normal Google search is sometimes a little overwhelming. Here are some of our favorite and most frequented spots! 1. High Roller Lobster Co - this is where we met, and it's a fun place to get a lobster roll, and other non-seafood fare. No reservations available, so we recommend trying to go during non-peak lunch and dinner hours. 2. Terlingua - Tex-Mex BBQ with daily smoked meats, great drinks, a local market, and one of the best outdoor patios in the city. Reservations are available through their website. 3. Bissell Brothers - located on Thompson's Point, offering local craft beer, and some of the best food in town. No reservations available. 4. Evo Kitchen & Bar - one of our favorite anniversary/special occasion spots to have dinner. We definitely recommend getting reservations, and going for the Chef's tasting coursed dinner option! 5. Middle Street - on one block of Middle Street there are multiple restaurants with a great range of cuisine that we love to frequent. The places include Eventide Oyster Co, Honey Paw, East Ender, Duckfat, and Mr. Tuna.
