We have reserved a block of rooms for the nights of August 8th and 9th for guests to reserve. You are more than welcome to stay one or both nights. Please note, the shuttle will leave the hotel promptly at 3 PM, however, check-in isn't available until 4 PM. Guests who plan to arrive August 9th and would like to utilize the shuttle are welcome to park their vehicles at the hotel and check-in after the reception. When booking your hotel room, use the drop-down menu named "special rates" and choose "corporate or group code". This is where you will enter the block code. We've reserved a common room in the hotel for both the night of the wedding for an afterparty as well as for breakfast the next morning (breakfast is included with your stay).
