When: 4:00 pm. Doors will open at 3:30 pm. Please arrive early. When: 6:00 pm. A buffet- style dinner will begin at 6:30 pm. Shuttle service back to Canmore will begin at 10:00 pm and run til 2:00 am.

We have arranged for shuttles to bring you to and from our wedding venue so that you can relax and safely enjoy our day. Please note that taxis are limited in the Canmore area, and rideshare services, such as Uber, are unavailable. Please see our Q + A section for parking information if you decide to drive yourself.

Guests not staying at the listed locations may park there and board the shuttle from those points.﻿ Please arrive ahead of the listed departure times as the bus drivers are on a strict schedule.

Shuttles Home

Guest shuttles home will run hourly from 10 PM to 2 AM. Stops include Timberstone Lodge at Spring Creek Vacations, Coast Canmore, Grand Rockies Resort, and Canmore Rocky Mountain Inn. If your accommodation isn't listed, please ask the driver as alternate drop-offs may be accommodated.
