Our wedding is at Stoney Creek Hotel. There was a block of rooms reserved (block pricing ended 2/28). We recommend still staying at this hotel, even if you missed the discounted rate. Free parking on site at hotel. Overflow parking in Gundersen Health System ramp behind hotel if needed.

Guests should arrive between 2:30 pm - 2:45 pm. Ceremony: 3 pm, Cocktail Hour: 3:20 pm - 5:00 pm, Entrances & Speeches: 5:15 pm, Dinner: 6 pm, Dance: 7:00 pm - 11:30 pm. At the end of the dance, open kegs will be taken downstairs to the Lumberjack Saloon for any after-partyers who aren't finished partying. Open until 1:30 am.

2-Entree buffet line will be catered by Pogy's Catering. Meal includes a Mixed Green Salad with choice of Bacon Dill Ranch or French Dressing, Dinner Roll, Honey Glazed Carrots, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Beef Tips, and Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Florentine. Kids meals will be plated at each table and include Chicken Tenders and French Fries.

Open bar during cocktail hour. After cocktail hour, the following will be on us: Kegs: Coors Light, Psuedo Sue, Truly Wildberry Signature Cocktail 7-11 pm: Brandy Sweet Old Fashioned's (Korbel) Case red wine and case white wine All other drinks will be cash bar.

Everything is on-site at Stoney Creek Hotel. The ceremony will be indoors. Hotel rooms are on-site in the same hotel. There is no need for shuttles or driving. Ubers and Lyft available if needed. Cheers!

Yes, kids should have been included on your invitation. If your invitation included a plus one, feel free to bring one. Total number of guests needs to accurately be reflected on RSVP card for seating chart.

Stoney Creek provides a free hot continental breakfast to all guests. There will be a room reserved near the breakfast serving room specifically for our wedding guests. Signage will be posted.
