Our dress code is Formal Attire. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style! For men, a suit is perfectly appropriate, and for women, we recommend long dresses. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors along the water, so you may wish to bring a shawl or wrap for comfort. The reception will continue indoors in the ballroom.

The ceremony space is located outdoors along the bayside, a short walk from the main entrance. Guests will enter through the front of the hotel, walk through The Vinoy, and take the elevator to the second floor, which will guide you to the Bayside Terrace. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time to find your way to the terrace, enjoy a glass of champagne, and be seated. Please be respectful of the start time, as we want the ceremony to begin smoothly without interruption. You’re also welcome to arrive earlier to explore the resort, take advantage of the ample photo opportunities, and enjoy the various bar areas throughout The Vinoy.

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, our space is limited. We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation join us. We’re so grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

We love your little ones, but kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We truly want you to be able to relax, let loose, and enjoy the evening with us!

The Vinoy is easily accessible in downtown St. Petersburg. Valet parking will be available at the hotel for your convenience. However, we encourage guests to consider using Uber or Lyft so you can fully enjoy the evening and travel safely.

Yes, the welcome party will be held the night before the wedding at Cane & Barrel Rooftop, located inside the AC Hotel.
