The ceremony will be held indoors if there is rain.

The ceremony will be accessible by a short gondola ride. (3 minute trip to the top and back) The gondolas can accommodate groups up to 6-8 guests comfortably and are roofed lifts that you can stand in. Please make the bride & groom aware if you can't stand that long, a chair may be placed for the trip to the mountain.

The venue is located onsite of the hotel. No shuttles/Uber's are necessary!

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to our venue in the manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding!

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Our ceremony on the mountain will be unplugged. We ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken during the ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception! This is such a special day for us and we have the most amazing photographer documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!

Our reception will be an open bar! However, the After Party is a "cashless" cash bar.

We request semi-formal attire!
