Our story begins in 2013 when we met at a mutual friends backyard band gig. We had gone on a few dates and then decided to go our separate ways. Little did we know the universe had other plans in store for us. Three years later fate would bring us back together and after a few months of hanging out as friends it grew into something more. We became officially boyfriend and girlfriend in August 2017 and have been together ever since.

In 2019 we decided to take the next step and get our first place together. Although it wasn't much at least we had a place to call our own and it felt like home. In 2021 Nicole moved to Utah to pursue her dream of being an esthetician while continuing a long-distance relationship for the next 10 months. Nicole graduated and moved back to California in November of 2021 and we knew we never wanted to be apart again.

During this particular holiday season Anthony had the biggest surprise waiting for Nicole. He asked her father for his blessing, bought the perfect ring, and hid it right inside the Christmas tree to wait for the perfect moment. On Christmas Eve, after exchanging gifts for each other, he told her that he had one more hidden in the tree and she would have to find it. After what felt like forever, she finally found the ring and turned around to find Anthony on his knee behind her to ask for her hand in marriage. And of course, as she stood there crying, she said yes! In Anthony's nervousness he accidentally put the ring on the wrong finger, we laughed, and he got it right the second time. After two and a half years we are so excited to finally have our special day in sight!
