Will there be a shuttle or transportation to and from the wedding venue?
Yes! We have a shuttle through Best Western Plus Country Bear Inn that will run before the ceremony and after the reception. This will be for guests staying at the hotel
When should I RSVP by?
No later than 2/26/24.
Indoor or outdoor ceremony?
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting).
Ladies: ceremony will be on grass, plan heel choice accordingly!
What time should I arrive for the wedding?
Our ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free and handicap accessible parking at the venue.
Are the wedding ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Yes, everything will be held at Dellwood Country Club
