Yes, they have handicap accessible parking spots, restrooms, and spots at the outdoor ceremony site for a wheelchair to fit in nicely. They also have a golf cart on site to help assist those with mobility concerns out to the outdoor ceremony area and back.

Yes! Cars left in the venue parking lot need to be picked up by noon the next day.

Woods and Co does have designated smoking areas. These spaces are the only areas where smoking is allowed, which is by the handicap parking and on the north side of the building. Under no circumstances will smoking be allowed in any area other than these spaces. No smoking is allowed on the patio (outdoor social area). All butts must be disposed of properly in the designated receptacles. They are a smoke-free and drug-free facility. If guests are found to be engaging in illegal activity such as smoking marijuana on the premises, Woods & Co reserve the right to call the authorities.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoor in the beautiful bluff. Cocktail hour will also be held outside in the court yard. The reception will be held indoor in a climate controlled space.

Yes! If you are staying at the Pepin Motel or the AmericInn (Wabasha) there will be shuttles provide. Please check out the Transportation tab.

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive to the ceremony site no later than 4:15pm to give yourself time to find a spot to sit.
