For anyone that is coming into town on Friday we will be hosting an informal cocktail hour at the bar at Field's at the Wilderness. This is very casual and optional, but we would love to say hi and welcome you!

Please arrive to the dock no later than 4:00 PM. Shuttles (trolleys) will be leaving from Wilderness Hotel Main Guest Registration area outside the New Frontier Lobby at 3:30 PM. You can dial #2 from your room phone to request a ride to The New Frontier Lobby. This might take some time, so request in advance! There is also parking available if you would like to drive to the dock. The boat will take guests to Coldwater Canyon for the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner, and Reception. In case of rain, please bring an umbrella. The boat is covered and there are buildings in the canyon, but there is some walking that will be uncovered.
