Their story began twelve years ago at The British International School of Budapest. It wasn't exactly love at first sight – more like a mutual appreciation of Philip's maths homework and Nicole's ability to convince him to share it with her weekly. Everyone has their strengths, right?

Newly arrived in Budapest from Germany, Philip relied on Nicole, the ever-so-helpful friend, to introduce him to this little corner of the world. This may or may not have involved an immersive introduction to Budapest nightlife, complete with questionable ruin bar visits and some under-age clubbing.

Philip and Nicole bonded while navigating life in Budapest throughout their teens. They survived exams (with many tears, mainly from Nicole!), celebrated monumental milestones like getting their driver's licenses, attended their top-choice universities, and eventually moved to London together.

Fast forward through a few years of questionable fashion choices, questionable life choices, and a lot of laughter, and here they are. Turns out, those early years in Budapest formed the foundation for something pretty special. Who knew?
