Our Wedding

Our story started back in July 2021 at Koontz Lake over Fourth of July weekend, but it wasn’t until August of 2023 that things really began to unfold. Andrew reached out to Nicole, and from that moment on, we’ve been inseparable. Most of our relationship has been long-distance, which has only made us stronger. We've built a foundation rooted in love, respect, and a whole lot of laughter—plus a few too many airport goodbyes. From weekend visits to making the most of every moment together, Chicago became our special place, where we made countless memories and truly fell in love. That’s why it feels so right to start the next chapter of our lives in the city that means so much to us. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you in our favorite place!

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel (1 W Wacker Drive), where our ceremony and reception will be held. We encourage you to book early to secure your accommodations. The cutoff date to book rooms is Thursday, April 9, 2026. Room rates include a daily destination fee of $25.00 per room, per night. This fee will cover several amenities, which include: Food and Beverage credit, Enhanced Internet, Two complimentary tickets to a historic store tour of Macy’s on State Street, eAtlas customized self-guided walking tour for two people and Garrett’s signature Chicago mix popcorn (2 bags per day). Food credit is offered once per day at one of the B&amp;F outlets and must be charged to the guest room. The valet parking rate is $58/event (up to 8 hours, does not apply to overnight parking). If you drive an oversized vehicle, please note that it may not fit in the garage. We recommend calling in advance to confirm.

Chicago O’Hare is one of two major airports near our venue. For the easiest trip to the hotel, we recommend hopping in an Uber or Lyft. Prefer public transit? There are also train and bus options that can get you downtown.
