What is the dress code?
The dress code is garden attire. Think semi-formal or cocktail style with a soft, romantic twist! Ladies might opt for flowy dresses or floral prints and gentlemen can wear lightweight suits or dress pants with button downs. No white or beige dresses.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If you do not RSVP by April 25, 2025 you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).
What will be served for dinner?
Green Garden Salad with Balsamic,
Santa Maria Tri-Tip finished with a four-herb chimichurri, Rosemary and thyme roasted red potatoes, Haricots Verts – Finished with crispy bacon and toasted almonds
Kids' plates featuring chicken tenders and fries will be served to guests 12 and under.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we’ll have an open bar featuring premium liquor, a selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options for four hours. After that, a cash bar will be available for the rest of the evening.
Can I Bring A Guest/Date?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
What should I do if I cannot Make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Nicole as soon as you are aware.
Are kids welcome?
Kids are welcome if they are included on the invitation. Their names will also appear when you RSVP. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate children who are not listed on the invitation.
When and where is the wedding?
June 7, 2025, at Evanelle Vineyards, 8444 Rd 29, Madera, CA 93637. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Please arrive by 4:30 PM so we can start on time.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least [15–30 minutes] before the ceremony starts to find your seat and settle in.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. If you need to leave your car overnight, that’s no problem—just make sure to pick it up by 10 AM the next day.
Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors.
