A shuttle will be provided for all guests staying with us at the hotel. The shuttle will be leaving at 3:30 PM sharp!

Our wedding will be black tie encouraged. We would love guests to join us by getting decked out in a gown or tuxedo, but cocktail attire is also acceptable. Please no short sleeves, shorts, or anything that would be considered “casual.” We look forward to seeing everyone dressed sharp for our celebration!

The ceremony will be from 4-5 PM. Cocktail hour will be 5-6 PM and the reception will be from 6-10 PM. All parts of our celebration will be held in the same location. It’s a marathon not a sprint!

No problem! Please arrive by 4 PM to the Smoke Rise Village Inn. There is plenty of parking available on site!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception are indoors but the venue offers a beautiful patio to get some fresh air at any point throughout the night!

We have a guaranteed hotel block until September 7th, 2024. Please book prior to this date. If you book after this date we cannot guarantee you a room or a spot on the shuttle. Also, please book as soon as possible to ensure there is enough space at the hotel. The hotel often reaches max capacity during wedding season. Thanks for your understanding!
