Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive 20-30 minutes prior.
Following the ceremony, we invite you to join us for cocktail hour and our reception, both also held at the Vanderbilt Museum.
We kindly request that only those individuals specifically named on the invitations attend.
Additionally, we ask for your understanding in respecting our preference for an adult-only celebration
Formal attire is requested for both the ceremony and reception.
The reception and ceremony areas will have grass and cobblestones. Keep this in mind when deciding on shoes to wear!
There will also be heel-savers and alternative footwear provided in case.
There is a shuttle to the venue! The shuttle will be leaving at 3:30pm from the Huntington Hampton Inn (227 Main St, Huntington, NY).
If driving to the venue, there is plenty of parking for guests (please Uber if planning to drink!)
Upon arriving at Vanderbilt Museum, you will be directed to the parking area.
From the parking area, attendants will take you to down to the venue.
At the end of the reception, there will be a shuttle from the venue back to Huntington.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a hotel block for all guests.
