The ceremony begins at 5:30pm. Please arrive between 4:30-4:45 to allow time to be shuttled from the hotel up to the Lookout and to find your seats!

The ceremony is outside, cocktail hour is on a covered patio and the reception is indoors.

Formal or cocktail attire is requested to be worn on the wedding day. Some examples are dresses of any length and pantsuits with blouses for women and suits, collared shirts, and slacks for men. Please avoid shades of white or cream, along with shades of green as this is the bridal parties color. Please no jeans as well! We want everyone to look and feel their best on this special day!

We really are trying to allow for the most intimate day we can have. If your invitation includes multiple names or reads 'and guest', those are the only people invited to celebrate with us.

There will be a open bar during cocktail hour and for the reception. During dinner time the bar will close for that hour and wine will be provided on all tables!

We love everyone's children but we have decided to have an adult-only celebration! We hope that everyone can take this one day to have an amazing date night! Only children in the bride and grooms immediate family in the wedding will be there day of. Thank you for your understanding!

The venue is located on Greek Peaks resort property. The perfect place to stay is in the hotel. Please try to book your rooms at least four months in advance due to the possibility of travel sports teams families staying in the area! The number to call for reservations is (844) 367-1121 and the room blocks are under 'The Fuimo/Palmer Wedding'. Rooms need to be booked by March 1st!

If you are staying overnight in the hotel on-site, a shuttle will be available from the hotel to The Lookout. If you are driving in and driving home, there is a parking lot close to The Lookout, or you can park at the hotel and take the shuttle! As there will be drinking at this event, we do ask that if you plan to drink a lot that you have a safe ride home from the event. We want everyone to have fun but also get home safe as well!
